Rabbis and Legislation

It's not enough that some rabbis have made yeshivas inaccessible to those who don't vaccinate. 

Now there are rabbis running to legislators to introduce bills to get rid of religious exemptions.

Of course you are entitled to disagree. However, claiming there is no religious exemption in Judaism only shows how ignorant you are. 

And why are you running to legislation? Why are you getting government involved? Especially after you've made it impossible for those who don't vaccinate to attend yeshivas anyway?

Are you that much of a zealot, that rabidly anti-choice and freedom?

There's a blessing in Shmoneh Esrei that was written about you. And no, it's not על הצדיקים.

There is only one kind of TRUE HERD Immunity

It comes from getting the disease naturally and creating a real immunity. Vaccine immunity wanes, requires boosters all the time, and is not guaranteed. Why does the government say anyone born before 1957 doesn't need shots? Because they were assumed to have been exposed to the real, wild virus, and has lifelong immunity. That's the real herd immunity for infectious diseases. And within a few decades it will be dying off. Thank God for those who have gotten measles naturally in the last few years. Just found this: To be honest (see how we are not afraid to show the other side), here is an article that takes Dr. Meehan to task . The top argument Skeptical Raptor uses is questioning assumed "authority." Without having a "degree" in vaccinology, Dr. Meehan is not allowed to formulate an opinion. (The thousands of studies around the world that are referenced mostly compare fully vaccinated to those who are partially vaccinated - never to the completely unvaccinated. Since the incidence of reactions between the vaccinated PLUS MMR and the vaccinated MINUS MMR are statistically similar, the vaccine being "studied" is deemed safe.
